Very cheap rooms and the cleanliness is not so good and the rent also too high to pay
Worsts bathrooms, extra payment for every utilities, dont trust their cctv surveillance. They had only 1 r 2 cctv's, it doesnt cover entire pg. Doors had NO LOCKS, no windows for a room, super hot temperature inside room. Worst maintainence, worst environment, not clean. 1 bucket hot water = 50rs per day.. All reviews are fake, those are forcely given by the students joined in this pg. Im the proof for that. Only positive is FOOD. Remaining all are worst. The pg maintainer doesn't know anything, when we ask anything he said, my father will scold, my father will ask me, like that. They wont allow to use extra electrical devices like iron box etc., They say, fuse will burn, we will get more current. Those are basic needs and will use by every tenant. Waste.
Good, The Owners is Very Kind ,Good,like Friends & the Food is Very Good. But the problem we have to adjust the bathrooms for 6 rooms it have 2 bathrooms. In the Balaji Colony, the only The SVR BOYS HOSTEL is best other than.
Irrespectiable owners.............they wont maintain food timing.........four days in a week instead of tiffin they serve rice items
