SVP (Saadham Vecha Podhum) - Indian takeaway in Chennai - Chengalpattu, India

I reached the shop with an order and money, but I was denied service of my order. Yes I was insulted, but I am expressing my hurt mildly. The business owner (s) has an inflexible manner of serving customers (he tells the dishes on the day's menu only once, and gets annoyed if the query is repeated -- this being one of the issues.) The customer is NOT the king (not made to feel good) in his premises. The quality of the food items is an important factor, but that is a prerequisite in this business. Happy service is what one really looks for. I had been a regular at the outlet, but henceforth it is offbounds for me. I am giving a ZERO rating for service.

Really it's a good concept. Helping lots of people and their families. Thanks for your contribution on these areas. Food is Good tried many times with my friend.

Traditional dishes are served except rice for a meal.. we wil even get few tiffin items in the evening.. the quantity is good for two.. price could be little less for sambar, rasam , kootu, kurma , poriyal etc.. they even have rice mixes, dal powders, fryums and snacks..

Worst and horrible Haven't tasted anything this worse in my life Bought sambar,vadai and vatha kulambu. It had no smell and look isn't appealing to eat. Vadai was so hard,no salt and bad taste. Thanks to universe I didn't buy anything more...20 rps for one individual that to for this items is way too much. Its better to buy curd and eat or better stay hungry than buying dishes from here. Overall it's a waste of money.

Located on Sathyamoorthy road, easily accessible. Ideal for vegetarian lovers who are specifically looking for sambar, rasam, side-dishes. Affordable pricing, good in both quality and quantity. They recently started serving dosa items for dinner. They do also have variety of snacks: Thattai, murukku, etc with nominal pricing. You may need to go early during week-ends due to demand

Just as the name assures. Place where you could feel the perfect Home Food outside Home. Keen care and perfection in Quality, Quantity and Safety is observed. You shall get timely updates on the Menu through WhatsApp upon request. You can Trust and Taste!!

Its a take away shop. SVP foods are hygenic and tasteful. Every thing is tasteful. Now they have started dosa items in evening. All takeaway items are good. Among them my family fav items are Veg Briyani, Upma Kozhukattai, & All kootu items. This is very helpful for Homemakers & bachelors living near by Muthuvelar street.

Good choice if u don't want to be in the kitchen all day Just keep rice and buy sambar, rasam, poriyal, kootu, vathalkuzhambu fro here One full portion usually is good for 2-3 persons
