SVET Fitness studio - it's a good atmosphere and well hygiene gym. All are new equipment and well trained trainers are there. So they can help u to reduce ur weight and gain ur weight and build ur body. All trainers are very friendly and they are helping what we want to do. The main important point is limited persons only be there while we r doing workout . They are not allowing Do workout with crowd . They will assigned by Timing as ur available. Hands down, best choice I've made training at SVET Fitness.Trainer Mothi creates a very friendly environment where you instantly feel comfortable.With Master Muthu prabhakar's Training I participated in powerliftig competition and won 3 medals in just 2 weeks .He Helped me to build on my goals week on week in a safe manner, providing helpful tips and education. Very safe and clean gym. Would highly recommend!

I would like to share my experience with "SVET FITNESS STUDIO" an amazing place to do work out daily. The gym atmosphere is very good and hygienic with well gym equipments. There are 3 classes available in the gym General, Personal Training and Transformation training classes Initially I trained myself in personal training classes for the first two months and later I opted to the General class due to my work timing at my office. Personally I would say that you can see the result in couple of months. I personally appreciate the gym trainer Prabhakar Master & his team ,well knowledgeable trainer and gave us valuable inputs to get better results. As I said only limited persons will be allowed for each time slot so you can do your work- out in calm & comfortable environment. I would personally recommend "SVET FITNESS STUDIO" for everyone . SVET fitness is a very good gym... They have a strict policy of 5 people a batch which makes it easy to complete our whole workout within an hour. The diet schedule and the workouts prabha gives makes it so ample for us to reach our goals. Prabha - the trainer of SVET changes our workouts each month which suprises our muscles making it to achieve muscle mass. I have attached the photos of my transformation in 70 days. Initially when i joined i was at 77 kgs. I had loose fat all over my body. Prabha gave me a right schedule of workouts and diet plan. From this i have lost my fat all over my body. See my stomach how much it has been reduced in 70 days. My weight now is 69 kgs. I have reduced almost 8 kgs in 70 days. If you are looking for a gym which isn't crowded then I recommend you to visit this gym once and check for yourself. The last three photos took after 120 days of diet and training. Feeling confident myself that now i am even able to remove my tshirt infront of people. Happy to follow prabha's path as he has guided me throught this journey with his intense and different workouts and diet and each month.

Have taken personal training in svet fitness with trainer muthu prabhakar. He is an excellent fitness trainer. His effort for making me fit is awesome. His knowledge about maintaining good health and sharing is really helping out a lot to stay fit. In addition to fitness he also knows and share nutrition diet plan for having good health. If you follow the diet plan & workout schedule properly, you will get result as per your expectation & also you should be regular. Gym is compact with most needed equipments with clean atmosphere. Good gym with ample trainers, I have taken personal training, Nithish has been a good trainer, and I am able to achieve my goals, I see a gradual improvement in my health regime. Consistency and commitment is the key. I feel SVET Fitness is doing a good job.
