We booked a luxury suite for a 1 day stay and the room was quite spacious. The AC was leaking water and only a stop gap arrangement of putting a towel was made for a room where we paid around 6k. The breakfast buffet spread was good with nice and helpful staff.

I really wanted to review this hotel months ago but I wanted to take my time to actually sit down and write about it. So I booked this hotel for a week and I have to say this is the worst five star hotel because the service is so bad. How can this be a five star hotel? Such a disgrace to actual five star hotels! The rooms were okay but definitely not 5 star rooms. Coming back to the service, i really wish I could rate it ZERO. The moment me and my friend entered the receptionist started laughing and she completely ignored him when he asked for help which was very unprofessional. She made us wait for hours despite us paying extra for reaching earlier than the check-in time. We ordered some food and we asked for plates from the hotel and they brought paper plates. 5 stars and serving food on paper plates? The dryer in the bathroom didn't work. The rooms were not clean at all. Housekeeping was not so satisfactory. There is no parking space. I would not recommend!

Bad experience. Their staff will enter the room anytime they want because they have master key of your room. my experience was really horrible. first i was rating online on google but trust me these all are fake one single rating is fake. i was staying at this hotel with my partner we had breakfast and we went to sleep we were sleeping and there 2 staffs open the door with master key and came inside. and that's why i did not wanted to stay there anymore and i asked them please cut your 1 day stay charge and refund me the rest of amount but you know south Indians they are beggars when it comes to money. and they really miss behaved with us. and these people threatened us saying we have your videos with us so you choose what you want. and we are from north India so they took advantage of us kept 30k for 3 days for we did not even stayed for 1 day. so my north Indian friends please read this review and take this serious. DO NOT GO THERE.

We had our daughter's first birthday party at this hotel. We are very pleased with the arrangements and the food. Special thanks to Mr. Chandan for making all the arrangements as per our requirements, starting from the very first day till the end of the event. He and all the hotel staff were very professional. I recommend this hotel to be one of the best in Electronic City.

We booked the a room in the hotel for 3 nights and 4 days. The package was inclusive of breakfast. However,our stay begun on an unpleasant note. 2 hours after checking in, a housekeeping staff barges in our room by using his card. He did not ring the bell nor did he ask for our permission to enter the room. He managed to get access to the room from outside despite the fact that we locked the door. The next day, we'd gone to the restaurant on the ground floor to have breakfast. The range of food didn't matter much to us, but when we flipped over the cutlery, it was not clean. There were food particles from previous users on it and it was clear that the cutlery had only been wiped. We walked out of the restaurant and requested the receptionist to cancel breakfast for the coming days of our stay as a result of our displeasing experience. The receptionist assured us that it would be done and that the amount of breakfast will be deducted for 2 days. Upon checking out, the manager threw a tantrum stating that by no means will they deduct the amount and that whatever his staff said to us is of no primary value. We asked the manager to show us the accreditation of the hotel being certified as 5-Star. He did not respond to us and proceeded to stay quiet and glare at his desktop.

Visited couple of hotels. This has been one of the best hotels I have visited . Rooms were clean , near and feels fresh. I loved the beds . It was really good. Service was well appreciated. Must visit .

I stayed here for one night on a business trip. It's an ok hotel. The rooms are small, but ok. The service is ok too. Can be called a 3-star. Definitely not a 5 star hotel. The Team that manages Google display must immediately change the 5-star status.
