The fitness center was well-equipped with modern exercise machines, allowing me to maintain my fitness routine even while traveling.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. I am really happy with the impeccable service and details in the room. Hygiene management has been good. Hotel staff has been proactive with all the guest's need. I can't recommend this enough to anyone looking for a value hotel without compromising on quality and location. :-)

Only the location is good. The hotel staff are terrible. They do not wanna help u with anything. I had to wait 30 mins for the bellboy. Thank God I always leave early to the airport, that I didn't miss my flight. The hotel staff treat u like hostages. The food is pathetic. The restaurant manager was reluctant to even agree to excessive salt in the sambar, he infact had the audacity to tell me that I might be having food without salt at home. I would never suggest this property to anyone. The best part about the google reviews is half of them are fake. Since most people are given it 5 stars in all and not writing a review. So I guess my review might not even reach the people who are going to be further cheated by this unprofessional and sadistic hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Svetle Hotel and Personal Suites, and I can honestly say it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. From the moment I walked into the lobby, I was struck by the modern and stylish decor, which continued throughout the hotel. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. My room was spacious and well-appointed, with thoughtful touches like a complimentary mini-bar and luxury toiletries.

A fine deluxe hotel ideal for both business and leisure traveler, we stayed as a part of a inbound leisure group. The location is fantastic, inside the biggest shopping mall in Delhi, during our stay Delhi was flooded but no impact in this area. The rooms are spacious and cozy with view of the mall. The breakfast & dinner spread was very good loved the food.

This hotel has been built well, rooms are of good sizes. The service is good. But rooms are not well maintained. Underneath the bed was full of dust and some garbage receipts of more than a year old. There is mold accumulating at head rest side of wall. The management anf housekeeping needs to do a better job of cleaning the rooms. It could be 5 star reviewed hotel if cleanliness was maintained.
