Hotel is located on the highway. So easily available all next by areas. Rooms was fantastic.. Hotel staff is so humble and supportive.. Food is also very good and they will make according to your choice that's best I experienced. Overall I give 5 out of 5 star. Every time I arrives selected this hotel for staying.

Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. The room was spacious & clean. The food quality was good. However the room ( Room no 408 ) in which I stayed did not had telephone as they had removed the set because the telephone line was not working. Had difficulty in contacting the room service department directly as I had to call the helpline no for all the services who in turn used to inform the room service department. In couple of cases I had to follow up couple of times There was no hot water and they could not resolve the issue through my stay. So had to take cold bath. On the 1st day they had not activated Tata DTH. It took them almost 8 hrs to activate it.

I had a fantastic experience at Svasti Inn in Jamnagar! The rooms were spacious and clean, the restaurant served delicious food, and the conference room was well-equipped. The staff provided exceptional service throughout my stay. Highly recommended!

Located near railway station in main city, place is good for stay for individual and family both business or personally. Generous staff, food is great with large variety. Roam around to market.

Room cleanliness and location is good...near the station...not completely happy with room service.. Breakfast was not good at all and the restaurant service was not on time... Giving 3 stars only for room rest choosing a room with a breakfast option is not worth it... I would recommend booking without breakfast and ppl can eat outside because there are varied options available nearby...

Location is best suitable from station & outed from crowds... It's nice.. Staff behaviour is nice & well trained with their profession.

Very much worst service, rooms are not cleaned after giving key for room cleaning, Will not recommend any one to visit at this hotel. Worst & pathetic service & cleanliness.

yesterday we checked in one room (202) it smelled pathetic since the room had zero ventilation soon we realised it came from AC. We shifted to another room (207)with assumed proper AC and ventilation,but again no proper AC zero ventilation, we call person from Housekeeping to spray room freshner becouse it was a smoking smell. We ordered dinner, it was again not upto the mark, we somehow managed to sleep we woke next morning and found the room phone not working wifi aren't there, TV set top box not recharged so not operational, we went for break fast, the worst experience was here to come, they had dishes to display which was supposed to be ordered, it took them 20 minutes to prepare dish like Poha, they didn't had choice as uttapam was tasteless without any stuffing and half burnt, chole with small Puri 2 nos. Only Poha was something to eat, so we waited for our breakfast for good 20-30 minutes. I guess this Hotel is not upto the mark and don't deserve to be rated well. only star for good and supporting behaviour of staff.
