Svaastha Spa - the Harmony Spa - Spa and health club in Madikeri - Kodagu, India

It is situated within Club Mahindra Coorg. We were not staying here, just went for a couple's spa. Got aromatherapy and coffee scrub. The experience was amazing. Very peaceful environment, highly skilled professionals. Before the spa they asked us which body part we want them to focus for the massage. Herbal tea offered afterwards was great and the relaxing area is also peaceful. Slightly on the expensive side. But the environment is totally worthy of the fees. One can take a cab or an auto rickshaw from town to reach here.

Lovely experience, wonderful ambience, and very caring masseurs and masseuses. In particular, I have to single out Mr. Shobin from the spa. His massages were so relaxing, I went back for a second one the very next day! He was a joy to talk to, he always had the best stories to tell, but he knew very clearly exactly where to stop and allow the silence to pervade the room. I would love to visit again just to get another chance to interact with Mr. Shobin!

Used their services to surprise my parents on the occasion of my dad's birthday! I co-ordinated with Rachel over the phone and she was so kind and co operative. She made the surprise a success and gave my parents an exceptional experience!

The massage was done very well by the masseuse and was very relaxing. Also, the herbal drink served after the massage was delicious too. The ambience of the place is definitely great. However, the problems we encountered which spoilt out overall experience a bit were as follows, - Location given on maps is wrong. It took us to some random place half a kilometre away. - The spa is located inside a Club Mahindra resort. We were not allowed to park our car inside but were made to park it outside in a dirty area. - The spa is a looong loooong walk away from the main entrance. This wasn't much of a problem for us, other than the fact that we got a bit late because we didn't expect this. But this should be known to people because some people, like the aged, may not be comfortable walking so much. - Lastly, the worst part was that the payment couldn't be done at the spa but had to be done at the reception at the entrance of the resort. So after our massage, an employee asked us if we are are ready to make the payment, and we said yes, without realising that it meant we would have to leave the spa abruptly and walk with the employee to the reception. That was quite annoying. My partner and I had thought we will move out of the spa at our own space, savour the beautiful surroundings, walk back together - just the 2 of us. But none of that could happen due to this weird system of payment not at spa but at reception. This definitely spoilt our experience and we would not like to go here for massage again, even though the massage itself was great. Maybe people residing in the resort won't face this problem since the charges will be added to their final bills. But it doesn't make sense that outsiders need to have such an inconvenient experience.

I recently visited svaasta, club Mahindra madikeri in may 2022. Sanjith was my masseur and he did an amazing job, he did a completely splendid massage and focused on all the suggested areas.
