Staff and management needs training for attending customer. Everyone have their own priority.

They spoiled my hairstyle on one of the most important day of my life i.e. my "Reception". Also, on my "Sangeet" day, they made me sit for an hour after my appointment time and my function got delayed because of that. Also, they deviate from their words. Please make them write what they say ( especially regarding marriage packages/ haircut packages ) or they will deviate from their words.
