Worst service ever Don't even think to come here Special treatment is given for VIPs but for normal individual they don't even bring glass for drinking water When we ordered biryani they just bring biryani but when we asked for gravy they didn't even bothered to listen us I would like to rate this 5 star rating but in minus
Not well maintained. The rooms have basic facilities, nothing more. Bathroom and toilets are not clean. The rooms are not cleaned regularly. Not for family - if it is a 1 night or max 2 night stay for a business trip, you can give it a try as there are no other hotels in the area in this budget. Staff are courteous and food is good and tasty.

I don't know the people who has rated 5 stars for this commercial residency. Before you book the room they give you, as you are stay in 3 star hotel. For example like WiFi, 24 hrs Hot water, room service, TV, etc. non of the facilities will be provided. After once when you check in staff will not care for you, even you request they tell you that room is like that you have to adjust. Even hotel staff is not going to clean the premises before giving the room. This room is not at all worth. Paying lot of amount non of the above mention facilities are available, completely dust inside the room. Waste of living here.
