There were a few major issues but they were fixed after i spoke to the owner. It does not have a hotel kind of vibe to it but the owner is friendly and helpful. The wifi did not work properly. There are practically no cabs or many auto rickshawas around the area. So, ensure you have a proper internet connection and travelling options.
