Excellent veterinary doctor and great staff. Dr Bhanu has helped me with my pets (pups, dogs) over prolonged periods, treated them for serious ailments and injuries. He knows what he's doing, his staff is on point, and most comforting, the clinics are very clean and well run. Everyone actually cares for the animals, even the maintenance staff.

Doctors are nice , experts and treats nicely. They dont treat us like paying machine. Clinic is hygenic. They also has several things you can buy there with medicines. Gromming and bathing facility is also available. Staff was nice and polite. I am one of their happy customer from past 7 years.

Whatever I say in the praise of Suvidha Veterinary Clinic, it will be less. I have a long association with the clinic. I first got to know about it in 2016 when my 13 year old german shepherd was well into her old age and Dr. Bhanu gave her an extra 2-3 months of life to be with us. Then during the last days of my second dog's life he really tried hard to save him from his kidney failure, but it couldn't happen. With both my dogs apart from their routine visits and treatments, during their last days we were provided with home care. Sir would send Rinku bhaiya (another amazing person associated with the clinic) who would give treatment to my dogs at our home. Even when we shifted to a far off place like Sidhra, still Dr. Bhanu made sure we got home care when it was difficult for us to come to the clinic because our dog was too sick. Now I have two new babies a lab and a german shepherd again and Dr. Bhanu is always a phone call or a whatsapp message away for any query I have. Just today I had an emergency when one of my puppies ingested a rubber ball and even though it was a Sunday, still he was treated and will hopefully be fine in a day or two.This is the best clinic you could hope for in Jammu and I would always only show my dogs to Dr. Bhanu sir, who knows exactly what he's doing and all the other staff of the clinic too, they really take interest in keeping your pet healthy and happy.
