Supermarket is where we go to do a wholistic shopping. Suvidha serves that purpose splendidly. Plenty of stock to choose from. Very convinient to shop at one stop and checkout is rather quick. Then why the 3 star rating? When it comes to the staff it feels as if customer is not visble to them. It is quite hard to pass shopping cart through those tight aisles. Specially when boxes are thrown unattended. Checkout shoves shopping bag with groceries without realizing the right order fragile items deserve. Better staff training might help.

This is one of the few grocery stores that I don't have to travel across town for. The store is always clean, has a wide variety of products, and the prices are good. What more could you ask foo?

Their own brand products are of good quality. You get a wide variety of products under one roof. If you compare it with JIOMART, they provide better offers.

Excellent staff and so convenient to shop....some prices though are little above what you can get outside....and that they need to be careful to maintain confidence of customers.

Worst experience with this super market.very bad and unprofessional staff working there.i am buying some groceries item on this super market but they add extra 9 items on the bill.and they increase my bill amount.but later I check my bill and email the super market site.the employ call me and her behaviour was worst.they don't give my money back.cheater you are

A multi product departmental store. Many loose products ,unknown branded goods are exorbitantly priced. Staff is pleasent. Service is fast.
