Plus points: parking, easy access, neat n clean premises, polite staff I had food n drinks... sitting arrangement is suitable for any mood.. they have different sections. The gazebo style sitting area opens at 7PM. Overall experience is good. Note: while ordering make sure you share your preferences loud and clear. I visited twice, and on both the days my cooking instructions were not followed for the food I ordered, captain accepted the thing and gave another plate of my preference.

I was here for having Dinner. The food quality is pathetic. The food is cheap when compared to the grandeur of the place and makes it seem affordable, but in reality it isn't value for money or your time. Just wasted my money and time on this place. Service needs to be improved, staff isn't well trained. The place itself is very beautiful but needs maintenance. The garden area specifically. Hygiene and Maintenance with respect to insects and pests in the garden area needs to be addressed. Food Quality should be improved and the price can be increased in order to provide the best of what they can offer.

recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say that my experience was excellent. The room was neat and clean, and it was evident that the hotel staff takes great care in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness. I appreciated the attention to detail, from the fresh linens to the sparkling bathroom fixtures. The hotel's restaurant also offered a delicious selection of meals, and the staff was attentive and courteous. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The experience was good and the quality of the room and amenities exceeded my expectations. Swimming pool was not clean. Water was also stinking. Before booking we had cross checked with hotel staff, who told us pool is in great shape and functional. After noticing the dirt in pool, when we asked manager, he replied, "sorry the suction motor is not working since long time , so we are unable to clean the pool. Disappointing. Room 215 Regal suite master bathroom only has extreme hot water. Cold water doesn't come. Even after complaining issue was not resolved. Take care of children. They can get burnt. Doors of washrooms are wooden and inflated, can't open and close properly. Lock karna toh bhul jao. Walls of the room with peeled off paint and dampness/ efflorescence. Hotel doesn't even bother to do basic painting and waterproofing job. Outside dining area full of bamboo structure and Tarpaulin sheet covered. Again the water body there is not cleaned since ages. Didn't even dare to eat here. Thanks there were options near by. Will not recommend. Bad experience.

Good space, A place to relax & spend the evening with family & friends, Also a good place for family guests. Neat & clean, Go a little early so you can spend more time.
