Suvarnabhoomi means a cheating. We are cheated for the Kammadhanam land where we purchased and now the land owners have constructed a wall. These guys don't respond to calls. When you visit office they give blunder dates of resolution. If you have hard earned amount never purchase any site with Suvarnabhoomi. First they show legally all correct and after registration you will have all these issues and never they respond back. Their layout maintenance is also worst and when a issue comes they never tend to respond to consumers nor resolve the issue. Also all the good ratings you will read is a faked one and that is how we are all cheated.

The company's sales people daily came to our houses and tempt us to just come and see their projects. If we go with them, they will treat us very well, if possible give us a meal. Promises over promises to purchase one of their piece of a land or other. Sincerely we say we do not have money to enter into it. But they won't leave, and will suggest many options to find money and pay and buy. But after the purchase, we start experience hell of problems in their after deals.

Suvarnabhumi is a fraud real estate company. I purchased plot in Rameshwaram Banda, Patancheru. I purchased almost 4 years back, but till now there's no development. These people don't respond to calls also. I don't know why Suvarnabhumi management is giving advertisement in Big Boss. They spend lot of money in advertising, but they don't develop ventures even after taking full payment. Moreover, Suvarnabhumi management delays in doing registration for almost all the people. They are big fraudsters in real estate company. They do have money for advertising in TVs like Big Boss. I think they spent almost crores of rupees for Big Boss and other TV adds just to attract customers and fraud them. Don't trust them. They are fraudsters in real estate market

I also purchased a plot in Suvarnabhumi venture in Rameshwaram Banda four years back. They are least bothered about developing the site after taking full payment four years back. Suvarnabhumi real estate company is a cheating company. They focuses more on advertisements in TVs by spending crores of rupees. By watching these advertisements on TV, customers are thinking this is a good company to invest, but I am saying they are the cheaters like online investment cryptocurency companies. They are playing with customers hard earned money. Moreover, Suvarnabhumi management is damaging brand ambassador names by using them in advertisements. Suvarnabhumi management is not even concerned about reputation of Director K. Viswanath and SP Balu garu. Suvarnabhumi management needs to be ashamed to spoil such great people names. Those two legends are good and famous persons, and more they're older people. Suvarnabhumi people are cheaters and fraudsters like online investment cryptocurency companies.

One of the most prestigious cheating company like sahiti infra, i took a plot at suvarna bhoomi TRR college amuktas suvarna sampada as they have not yet developed site. I have requested many people no one interested to buy plot.

Do not buy any any plots with suvarna bhoomi. They have cheated us in the kammadanam shadnagar venture. Plot is being occupied by the previous owner.It is the worst experience we ever had.Following it up since 2 years but no proper resolution for the problem until now.

Friends, I don't know how many of these positive reviews are genuine. Am sharing my story, with Suvarnabhoomi am having a bitter experience. they will hunt you until you pay the booking money and to pay further money, they will not stick to any promise. am not sure how fast is the development with the already registered plots, but they are very fast in selling new ventures. marketing team will promise you will be refunded immediately if you don't want or if you drop. the will not deliver the plot that is promised and at promised price. I didn't get my land which was promised and I have to drop, my money is not refunded. they say marketing team will pay, marketing team will say management will pay. am not sure if they are paying my money back from their pocket. I'm seeing many folks are facing this issue and daily visiting their head office. All should unite and go to consumer court. this is also one kind of fraud these people are doing.

the best fraud real estate company in India. They will stop the registration after total amount is paid and ask us pay more. they demand huge amounts for loan processing as well. they will delay the registrations wantedly for more money. this is my personal experiance.
