I stay one night at suvarna suits rooms are well maintained & bathrooms as well toilets are clean & fresh ......but I didn't found basic things like tooth brush paste & soap ....towel also I have not found then I asked to reception he provided me that's it ....so plz provide basic things in rooms ....otherwise stay was good ....thnk u
Standard AC room is good sufficiently spacious and well appointed . But the main door lock is very hard to open. Toilet cum bath is quite spacious but floor very slippery. Wi fi does not work. Service is practically non existent as there is no phone or intercom in room . No F&B in hotel you need to order door delivery from app. Basement parking is very cramped and can take only 4 cars. Location is also not Central and far from city centre. Average place.
I came along with my wife and child. Booked via Airbnb for a deluxe room. Well maintained rooms. Linens were fresh and room was very clean. Recommended to all. I will come back again.

It was good and decent. the rooms were clean, spacious and well maintained. I will not hesitate to book it again. Though it's a bit far (~ 4 kms from Mysore palace) and we could smell cigarette smoke in the washroom coming from the adjacent room.
I had a very bad experience on 28-12-22. I had booked a delux room from there website. Which costs 1600. Morning when checked in they provided a room when I entered the wash room it was so dirty I can't explain. Later I informed the front office were i got another room which is normal room were they charge 800 rupees. They r not even bordered about guest wat they are feeling and wat they want. Actually they r supposed to refund my amount due to normal room which I got . Irresponsible staff and management.
Fraudulent they charge less in make my trip website but you can only book for one day and after that they will charge double the amount but that also they won't inform before check out time. And the behaviour of the reception staff is not professional. There will be three or four guys sitting in reception and they will look at you like you are there to serve them. Really bad experience.
