I had Misal, Poori and Coffee. Overall good place and humble people. The restaurant structure is old and you'll get a feel of how old Indian houses looked like. Misal had a unique taste of its own unlike other Misala and Poori was quite normal however the chutney was very good. Coffee was good but it is not a filter coffee.
Food was good, had their misal which was pretty decent. I think what makes it stand apart is their old world ambience and the friendly attitude of the owner. You can in a way experience a bygone era of how the eateries used to be. Food taste wise is decent, you may get similar food elsewhere but the feel of the place you get here is different. If you are in Hubli you may stop by for a snack.
One of the oldest hotel in Hubli, has old school charm. The ambiance was so good it was like someone's house rather Hotel. One of the oldest hotels. 80+ yrs old If you are in Hubli then definitely visit this place. Must try Missal,bread toast, Poor bhaji and not to forget their coffee.

Old and classic, super tasty food. It was very momentous for us as we friends met here after 11 years. We ordered all the items in the menu and Poori Bhaji, Bread Toast and Bread Butter was the highlight. Good place to cherish your memories. I highly recommend.
