Suvarna Comforts - Hotel in Mysuru - Mysuru, India

We booked the room before 2 months. And when we reached at the spot with whole family which includes small children, they didn't keep their promise and we were left alone at midnight without any place for stay, even though there where 14 of us. We felt very very bad. Very bad service. How can we trust such fellows! We were satisfied that we had booked a place for stay coz almost every lodges were full but we were left heart broken that too at mid night . We wish no others have the same experience in future. Be careful with your dealings with this lodge and its people.

Booked a room for 3 families together before 2 months and when we arrived there thinking that we have a room , they told that there is no room left and booking was cancelled without informing us.. at midnight we have to stay at mid road. Such a bad experience. And now I just noticed there are other people who had similar experiences. So plz be careful while booking a room here.

Room is in main road, so transport is easy, bit far from center of the city, rooms are neat and simple. Room rent was high, became of dasara, not sure on the price during other time.

Staff does not seem to care so much about the customers. They feel dosturbed when we ask for some thing. They had promised to arrange for the car to be cleaned and in the morning they had excuses. Then he said will be done by 1 pm and did not get it dones even after 2 pm. He was on such a hurry for the vacate the room even though has pre approval for vacating between 4 - 5 pm. Other wise the stay was good.

Worst experience , I have booked stay for Feb 21st through make my trip but without giving proper reason they are telling that room booking has cancelled. The way of speaking with the customer also worst. But dis people never care for anything . People please consider my review.

Booked a very cheap room but there was no hotel at the address shown on my booking. Instead, there is this one hotel called "Suvarna Comfort" around the corner, which charged double. They say Compact got recently closed, but I think it's done like that so that people end up staying there. The rooms were depressing and the staff shady, so of course I didn't stay. Tricky, tricky.

The hotel is near a metro station so we can get to it easily enough. There are a lot of restaurants nearby and the hotel has its own parking which is a plus point. The staff are polite and the surroundings are quiet and peaceful.Overall had a good experience.

it was overall good experience. booked non ac 4 bed Family room and we were not satisfied and requested room change and they upgraded to ac room. had good beds, hot water clean room.
