I went to this place for a no of time every time they add something new to the ambience. Overall it's budget friendly plus an open place to enjoy.

Nice ambience. As the name states, tea is superb however, other snacks items are average. I took elaichi tea, it was damn amazing! The ambience is very nice and open as well and the place does have a vibe overall.

What is this place fully disappointed food is taste less quantity is very low is price is down but rest of things are very bad. Staff don't know how to behave with customers and how to deal with them. All over dust.

nice place nice ambience but limited menu items......single pager menu.....I ordered loaded fries, paneer sandwich, oreo shake and strawberry shake but got vanilla shake food quality was good but can be improved specially with fries......after all this there was still room for appetizers......but none was in the menu.....hope to see some appetizers and desserts in their menu too......

Taste is good but I think price is bit. In the name of glorious they charge but much of price. But I can't deny the fact that tea is awesome and other food stuff too. An awesome place for chai lovers And tbh other passes here are just too pricy, you can try them for one time because they are well decorated and services are good too, best for some occasions.

Good ambience during night but it's normal during day.... affordable prices and good place to chill...Pizzas are so good

Poor staff service. They don't offer small size tea if you are sitting inside. Although it is not Air conditioned space inside still they don't offer. Also, this Information is not written somewhere outside so that if customer is ordering small cup of tea, he or she is not allowed to go inside otherwise he would need to pay charges for medium cup of tea. So pathetic and uninformed rules and service. Strange chai sutta bar across all the cities outlets.

Worst customer service I have ever seen blunder people who are mixing the brand name of sutta chai franchise into mud I ordered for tea keeper has provided only half glass of tea with 50 percent scummed and billing lady she don't even look at customer just completely ignore and tell for bill customer service should be priority in such big franchise name hope provider will take this seriously and teach their staff how to present among customer hope this blunder should not affect brand value as its one of the premium ambiance offering hub in Saket Nagar
