Very low hygienic hospital I have ever seen, the management of the hospital was not good . And it seems the public hospital is better than this corporate hospital and there are lot of mosquitos in hospital, you can't even sleep properly in that hospital I recently had the misfortune of visiting Susrutha Hospital, and I must say, it was an utterly dreadful experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a sense of disorganization and chaos that set the tone for my entire visit. The reception staff seemed more interested in their personal conversations than attending to patients. After an agonizingly long wait, I was finally ushered into the examination room, only to find it dirty and unkempt. The lack of hygiene was truly alarming and made me question the hospital's commitment to patient well-being. The doctor I saw was rushed and dismissive, barely taking the time to listen to my concerns. It was evident that they were more interested in moving onto the next patient rather than providing proper care. The diagnosis I received seemed hasty and ill-informed, leading me to doubt the competence of the medical staff. But the horror didn't end there. The billing process was a nightmare of its own. Hidden fees and exorbitant charges appeared out of nowhere, leaving me shocked and frustrated. It was as if they were determined to squeeze every last penny out of their already suffering patients. Overall, my experience at Susrutha Hospital was a complete disaster. From the unprofessional staff to the unsanitary conditions and questionable medical practices, I would strongly advise anyone to steer clear of this place if they value their health and sanity. This was, without a doubt, the worst hospital experience of my life.

Very worst hospital in MBNR town no proper cleaning hospital staff think themselves as OWNER'S govt hospital is better than this While going to this hospital pls carry ur all credit cards property papers etc Hospital management will won't respond when ur in need of them Ground staff is worst They will hatch a big plan from ENTRY to EXIT from hospital Just think thrice and enter

Hygiene maintenance .. Starting from entrance.. ground floor is for staff parking vehicles... At entrance medical shop is on left.. EHS & aaroogy mitr on right side...on straight reception for tokens with doctor appointment...respected Dr. prtibh Mdm.. gainkaaljistt..treats patients in easy& respectable manner giving her valuable time to make them to understand way of treatment r they getting...maintaining patients privacy... Each & every nurse & staff r best at their work level...

Worst doctors worst treat to patients especially children specialist raising treatment days for only making more money from innocent people. If children are more serious condition then they immediately have to refer Nilofer Govt Hospital for the best treatment. But this pediatric doctor couldn't refer to nilofer hyderabad. Increasing the days of treatment for making more money. Any body Don't go to this hospital for treatment (especially pediatrics treatment. )

ICU staff are treating very nice to the patients providing lot of care with responsibility
