Worst experince with Dr. Mekala
We asked to see them at 7am and then they said the appointment was fixed at 2pm but the way Dr. Mekala treated my parents and how it affected their mental health was very disappointing.
She doesn't know how to talk to patients and she talks completely disrespectfully like selling fish in the local market because we bring test results from another hospital. I wonder how good she is at curing disease, which is questionable.
It is better not to go here than to add anxiety with your sickness. Such a horrible experience I ever heard about. Need to learn how to respect people rather than treat sickness. I felt no stars for the service.
Dr. Mekala is an amazing gynecologist at this hospital. She listens patiently and provides excellent care. Unlike other hospitals, they prioritize patient well-being over money. One of the best hospitals in Thiruvottiyur.
