I was suggested by my friend to visit this hospital for my eye issue. I'm satisfied by the overall functioning & accountability of the staff, I consulted doctor Priya Chandel and she explained to me my disease very properly and also guided me with the proper step by step process. In fact there is no rush and no compromise they give you plenty of time and check you more than once if necessary I am satisfied with their hospitality. The only thing that I felt a little odd about is that they don't allow doctors to prescribe medicines directly to the prescription rather you have to go to the pharmacy counter and collect a typed prescription from there(I can understand it's their business model but still have some fluency).

I had got done lasik in August. It has been 3 months and I have not faced any issue till date. Consultation procedure was too good where doctors help you understand what needs to be done. During the procedure also each step was explained. Post surgery consultation is also very good. Altogether Good staff and doctors. I would definitely recommend this hospital.

I went here for my father cataract surgery. Hospital has good doctors and staffs who cares the patient to at most. One suggestion is please improve the patient waiting hall facility. There are less sitting area with chairs.

I recently consulted here and the service is really good. Staffs are also responsive and helpful. All the doctors are very patient and help us understand what needs to be done for specific eye problems. During procedures too doctor/staff explains the procedure and post procedure care in a very good way. Post surgery consultation is also very good. Overall experience is 5/5

My daughter got C3R procedure done in Sushrutha. Dr Pallavi Prabhu mam explained the procedure to both of us very patiently and cleared all our doubts. The staff of the hospital are very kind and caring. The maintenance of the hospital is very hygiene and excellent. One of the best eye hospital in Mysore.

I just had LASIK eye surgery here and I m very happy with the results! Dr. Pallavi prabhu was absolutely wonderful in her work! So thankful to her, Very clean and hygiene hospital Staff are very courteous, kind and helpfull always give proper info and there patients in busy times is very much appreciated, I hv been visiting the hospital for about 5 years now never hv they hv ever misbehaved or lost cool! Management is top notch they hv planned very well in aiding the patients in there hospital! From sliper arrangements to louge setup testing rooms all are very well planned to run smooth operation at all time! I will explain about my lasik treatment here! First I enquiry about lasik after seeing a ad poster in there wall! So they explained me details and traiff surpriseingly all staff had the knowledge about lasik which was good! Doctor and nurse and staff all explained every time I asked douts First they asked me to take topography test which will cost 3000 rs per test! By this they will know wheater which kind of lasik treatment will suit my eye! So I after a week I got the test and report later they tested my eye power for accurate and dry eyes test and color blindness rest etc etc which I don't know the name After the test they found out I had a hole in my retina so I had a laser treatment for that which costed me 1500 just 5 min procedure After following Friday I got my lasik ! They asked us to come near hospital at around 10:30 But lasik operations theater is not operated there the lasik building is 300mts far from the hospital ! A staff walked us to there! There a reception was very helpful in providing info about what will happen and how to prepare ourselves it's just 15 mins operation after that I could see clearly! It was like miracle! Dr. Pallavi did magic with her hand! Later they gave eye protection wear and explained about wt should be expected afterwards! So after following 3 days I had my eyes closed all time and some pain and burning was there and blurry vision to but I could see without my glasses! But as day passes my vision got better and better! Now after 15 days I could see clearly and use phone watch TV with no problem! It all costed me just a 50,000 rs! Which is very economical compared to other hospitals when I enquired!
