I wish I could give zero star rating! Very disappointing and unacceptable behavior of the staff and services! My uncle was referred here after facing an accident... There was not a single spare wheel chair to carry the patient around the hospital... Is this the kind of service one deserves, that too an aged senior citizen?? Right from the guards to the doctors, everyone behaves so rudely as if they are doing a favour by serving the people, which is their duty after all! And above all, most of the accident cases get referred here, only God knows what kind of treatment these people give to the patients! Doctors should understand that the government is paying them to serve the citizens. All one expects is speedy recovery and prompt service, along with a gentle and kind behavior. There's a dire need of good medical staff and equipments, the government should look into it as it's a matter concerning the health of it's citizens.
In case of emergency preference should be given to other nearby hospital because of non availability of crucial working medical equipment (ex. X-Ray). The behaviour of staff is a questionable.
No parking facilities available here, visitors have to park there car on road outside the hospital which is neither proper nor legal.
This hospital displays advertisement of Delhi Government but it is not under delhi government (as per information from helpline number 1031, kindly confirm yourself).

Government of NCT of delhi owned trauma centre. You may come here for any kind of trauma but some basic facilities like erect xray is not available but supine is available. NCCT is available round the clock here. Ample amount of parking is always available here for patients relative and waiting hall is available too. But canteen is not available.
Doctor just got govt job and enjoying. Doctor once went nobody can say when he will come back if you ask for doctor staff say doctor is in OT all time same reply all staff used to tails lie.
Please improved service staff behavior bcz junior doctors not support.
