Doctors are amazing but staff behavior isn't good at all. Food is not that great. Counter staffs are horrible, they all care about money.
The staffs are not good they harmed my arm with the injection. The food is not good and the food have bad smell. My arm is hurting so much.The nursing home is not good. They have to improve a lot. Please take care of others. Thank you.
My Dr is the best .But nurses and Aya are not efficient & fully responsible . Mainly the Aya didi are not good....and demanded extra money .
Very poor quality food is provided to the patient. feed back forms are provided at the eleventh hour at the time of discharge and got signed on it.later it is filled by the staffs.appears that the exact situation is kept hidden from the management.

This Hospital is located just besides Kalyani Main Railway station and well connected with other areas also. The entrance of this building is quite narrow, and is easily Spottable from main road. The staffs here are well behaved, cost of treatment is affordable.
Well managed, pretty clean, staffs are well behaved well trained as well. Overall a very good and affordable hospital.
Went for precaution dose today. No proper management to aquire vaccination properly and very rude behaviour from reception staffs and they were behaving like we all came for free vaccination. It's a paid vaccination and the hospital staff don't know how to behave with patients/customers. I wish i will not have to visit there again and i will recommend all of my friends, families to not visit there.
