Went with my mother for her spine treatment. Reduced 2 stars only for the management for not having good staffs. All the staff nurses were so rude and not giving proper answers for any of the patients queries. The token system in the hospital should be definitely improved to sustain in the market. Already the waiting time is too high, so a kind request to the hospital management to change the staff nurses to some polite people to have more customer satisfaction. But we are really satisfied by the consultation with Doctor Mohandhas. Hoping his medicines should work. Also the canteen food tastes good but its located separately (3 buildings next) to the hospital.

Very Worst token system. Came at 9.30, leaving at 7.30. After waiting for 4 hours, they said to get an x-ray. It is not the first time visiting; it is a pre-booked appointment visit only. Then what is the purpose of getting an appointment? It is a follow-up only on previous visits. They know what we have to do. First, only they can say to take an x-ray. Nurse is too bad. They allow known people's first. If you don't have any blood pressure, come to this hospital. Otherwise, due to this token system, only you will get high blood pressure. very bad token system. Which you've never seen anywhere. Better check with some good doctors in your area.

If you can't do it, then don't do it or keep someone who can do it better. The management here is so worst that a regular clinic's attender will do a better job. They don't have a proper token system and don't know how to properly handle the existing system. Your young doctors need to make a visit to other speciality hospitals to see and learn how they are managing people. Just getting a medical degree and sitting in the chair to treat people won't help if they don't know how to indulge and manage the people. A patient visits the doctor at 8.00a.m takes the x-ray at 10.00 a.m and needs to wait for the next appointment the whole day just to get the x-ray feedback. The responses provided from the staff is utter useless. DR. Mohandas may the heart and brain of this hospital, but if you can't manage the crowd or the requirement don't take such a responsibility. It's not a sensible thing to make a patient wait for 10hours to get the feedback, especially for senior people and those travelling from outer states. Visit the hospital if you need anxiety, stress and pressure for free, all you have to do is come and visit.

Very good doctor, apart from that a great human who loves to find relief to hundreds of suffering patients. A god gifted personality.

I don't think someone from the administration section read the reviews. I've been waiting for 4 hours to see the doctor. When we asked the staffs there, they said they are searching for the entry sheet. This is the third time they are saying this for the last 2 hours. Eventually, I am going to meet the doctor and personally tell her that this system needs to be changed.

Very neat and clean Hospital, Good service. Doctors, and Employees are Very politely speaking. Then they are good manure and all are service oriented peoples.

Coming here for the third time. The doctor, the medication and treatment provided are all good. But the staff/ nurses are pathetic, not responsive and seriously have no idea why such a pathetic attitude for no reason. Inspite of being in the medical field, zero courteous, zero patience. Literally rude and rotten attitude. Even a corporate guy at a director level will be polite enough. Not sure what they have done to have this kind of an attitude. Chennai hospitals are far better in terms of hospitality. If I wish I could give zero star

One of the best doctors i have ever seen. They can fix any bone related problems. But the problem is the staffs and the nurses arrogant and showing very bad attitude. We had a horrible experience while staying at the hospital. Very poor management. But once again Dr.Mohandass can fix anything in your body... such a talented and brave person
