I came on dated 20/10/23 Thursday to sushodha hospital for apendix surgery, i have got good response with front office, immediately they themselves taken preauth approval from my insurer and immediately checked by the doctor, as suggested by the doctor my surgery has been done that day itself, a very good caring by the staff nurses, cleaning staff and their response very neat and clean.sushodha hospital have good, dedicated,and responsible staff,

Very poor service from reception and pharmacy they are making fool, if you ask for the bill they just send you to pharmacy and reception counter to clear bill, very rude behavior from lady in pharmacy. I am giving 1 star because there is no option to give below 1 star.
