Susheel is definitely the awesome new age Yoga Guru. After joining this Yoga session both my mental, emotional and physical health was improving day by day. This class is my favorite hour. His way of training was too good, easily understandable and very motivating. He cares a lot for his students to do the right posture and alignment.
