We had very bad experience. We asked almost 4 times if doctor is visiting today or not. When we were half way to hospital, got call from hospital that doctor is stucked in traffic and not visiting. Dont understand how can they deny service? If anything happens to patient, who can be held responsible? The doctor ? Or the SUS HOSPITAL? It was very difficult to take grandmother to hospital as she even can not walk properly.

All staff is very cooperative and really a 24 hours service available. Diagnosis and followups are well managed including expert doctor's suggestions and treatment. Overall satisfactory experience.
