It's been a nice experience with the studio. I am blessed with yoga and meditation. I would suggest that everyone should do yoga because mental health is equally important as of physical health and yoga is something which provides you both with good teacher. I would recommend everyone to atleast join one month program in the studio and the benefits will be enormous. Great studio with great teachers
