Never get done your lab tests from here. They just give fake reports. I got sugar test done for my mother which showed fine in their report but when done elsewhere it was very high. The management is very poor here. They have no control on their staff. Only doctors are good otherwise it's a joke.
This was one of the best experiences ever that I had in my entire life. I have seen many doctors and staff. But this was an excellent experience. The staff was so helping and welcoming .. the nurses were active, patient and ever smiling. Dr. Vaibhav done my Piles surgery by Laser was followed to the T and overall experience was definately 10/10. All the best and keep up the good work.

Being a patient under Dr Pankaj for Piles surgery , I must say he's a very friendly Doctor and he's one of the best General Surgeon here in Suryadeep Hospital. I went to get first aid after my accident. Horrible hospital, don't know why the rating is high. They do not provide bills for anything, extremely overpriced. Whole hospital was empty the guy who was suppose to treat me left me in the medic room for 30 mins while i was bleeding, i had to go and look for him to get myself treated. They didn't even have general stuff for firstaid or anything he had to go and buy it. Its like Hospital staff is always waiting to rob you off. Not recommended

My wife has consulted Dr. Padmavathi for her 2nd pregnancy. She is quite a gentle and soft spoken person, advices no unnecessary medicines and tests and patiently answers all the queries. Never she is in a hurry and explains everything clearly. Our experience was very good consulting her. Staff were also very co-operative during our stay in hospital.
The doctors are good but front desk executives n nursing , admin staff is really poor n insensitive. They don't take appointment on phone .they don't bother even if anyone is too sick and is not in the condition for waiting in long que of OPD. Also, a lady from nursing staff was calling someone from reception phone n was shouting like anything .. simply revealing the unprofessional behavior n educational level of their staff.
