Patient Name: Avvni Anil Bhojwani Burns Intensive care unit. Thanx a lot to Dr. Shinde, its because of his expert knowledge on burns my daughter could recover faster. Even the doctors in burns ward were quite cooperative and helpful. Even the hospital staff is very cooperative. Sister Maya and other sisters were always there for there for my daughter and to help a recover faster. Even the cleaning staff took lot effort to keep the room and the floor clean. It's at the centre of city, so easy to find.. but heavy traffic during day time. Hospital don't have parking. Very hard to find parking place for car specially.. hospital has limited space. Very connected. Even they don't allow some place till other one return. But area is clean well maintained. Mpjjay scheme is available here, so some treatment can free of cost for eligible persons

Good treatment by Dr Ranpise and Dr Shinde here. The hospital is clean and staff is friendly. The floor in charge Manisha took timely follow ups of the patients. The hospital carried out the insurance process properly. The parking can be improved.

I am blessed with a baby boy and we operated in surya hospital. My wife got admitted on 21st oct and got discharged on 24th. There was no foul play and we had healthy baby. As per the quotation we were charged, with no extra charges applied for any reason. But there are only 2 single room available which we did not know and we gave preference of twin sharing as secondary option, which was our mistake. If you are prebooking hospital then please specify right preferences as room will be booked as per the preference specified while paying advance in hospital. Also if you stay in twin sharing for 2 days then shifted to deluxe then you will be charged for deluxe room for 4 days. "Shraddha aasawale" mam helped me understand this and also helped me with a deluxe room as there was one discharge on the same day my wife was admitted. Although the admission process is not quite smooth. The husband does lot of to and fro where he submits documents in billing section and at the same time nurses requires husbands presence for reports and confirming details from wife. This process can be made smoother and department wise process should be handled. "Priyanka" mam nurse was quite helpful who helped us with all of our queries and also groomed us how to treat a new born baby. If there is a holiday then quite less staff is available and all new nurses are present who doesnt have experience. Also i feel lactation consultant is not quite good in surya, she was not able to help us and even after 13-14 days we are struggling to latch our baby. We have consulted external lactation for this.

Absolute NO... Before coming here, please enquire in nearby places for the treatment you need. I am sure you will get the good treatment in very very less expenses and with good doctor support. More than 10 days admission experience here. And it is a lot of headache, stress, and no empathy towards patient or relatives. What else I have to comment about? 1. Except a few the residential medical officers lack proper knowledge and if you go on their wrong side never expect a round. They only visit your patient if 'Main' doctor is coming for the round. They don't ask you mandatory questions while making an admission and it creates a fuss even at the discharge time. (One of them was really good, but I can not name her here.) 2. Doctor might suggest the tests 'just' to rule out something. And the tests are tooooo expensive if compared to other hospitals. Do ask 'why'. And you can say No to some tests. Save your money. 3. Highly busy doctors, which do not have time for your patient and you. I wonder they plan the dressings for half an hour. You are no exception if you need more than half an hour. And it is done in a que only for 3 days a week. How one can decide to fall ill on the same Dressing Day? They cannot explain you the progress instead you will get to know, how important the hospital stay is and you have to stay. Please resist and go to other Hospital if you hear this. Search and ask. You will get other better options. 4. Food is not provided. Hygiene is not upto the mark of you see the fees. Location lacks parking. 5. Sisters are okay. Brothers, Mavshi and Mama are good. But patient does not recover with the help of a few. 6. Billing department, kills your patience and they do not have a system to show you break up of the amount paid. You get that only on the day of discharge. (Amazingly Odd staff here.). So, always think before coming to this Hospital. I heard it used to be a good hospital. Is it now? Note: most of the ratings and reviews based upon the schemes explained by some ma'am. Do not go on ratings. Read the reviews before hand.
