Surya Resort - Restaurant in Siluwa - Jabalpur, India

I had diner with my family here. Food was really very nice. Exceptional starter items, really enjoyed the quality of the food. Looking forward to come here again, will definitely recommend everyone.

Surya Resort is a nice hotel at a nice location in Jabalpur . Good food, large and well maintained rooms. But the reception staff and management are non customer friendly. Me and my colleagues stay in this hotel almost every month for 3-4 days. We never get early check in or any other customer pleasing support.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at Surya Resort, and I must say that it was one of the most disappointing stays I have ever had. The main reason for my dissatisfaction was the abysmal management, particularly the incompetence of the manager, Siddharth. Siddharth's lack of skills in dealing with customers was evident from the moment I arrived. He displayed a complete lack of professionalism and seemed disinterested in addressing my concerns or providing any kind of satisfactory resolution. It was clear that he was ill-equipped to handle even the simplest of issues. Furthermore, the customer service at Surya Resort was shockingly subpar. The staff appeared to be poorly trained and unmotivated. They seemed oblivious to basic hospitality standards and failed to deliver even the most basic requests. It felt like they were doing us a favor by allowing us to stay at their establishment. The room itself was far from satisfactory. It was unkempt, with dirty linens and a musty odor. The amenities promised on their website were either missing or in a state of disrepair. The overall cleanliness of the resort was also questionable, with unattended areas and visible signs of neglect. To add insult to injury, the food served at the resort's restaurant was below average. The taste was bland, and the presentation was unappetizing. It was a real letdown, considering the premium prices they charged for their meals. Overall, my experience at Surya Resort was extremely disappointing, primarily due to the incompetence of the manager, Siddharth, and the lackluster customer service. I would strongly advise anyone considering staying at this establishment to think twice and explore other options. There are numerous resorts in the area that offer far better service, value for money, and a more pleasant stay. Save yourself the trouble and avoid Surya Resort at all costs.

The food is amazing! The location is really good , you could go sit by the poolside. The service is good! Highly recommended whether you want to go with your friends or family!

Please don't spoil ur special occasions by booking this place , the owner is very rude , he has kept minimum staff so service is very poor , staff is good but owner doesn't cares . U can wait for hours but u won't get service . Also u get insulted in front of ur relatives as they even don't have generator (fuel etc )when electricity goes . We have done our functions in dripping sweat no water was provided by hotel staff ( we have to fight for each and every thing to be provided ) for toiletries they provide lifeboat soap ( I mean who gives that in a resort ) and clinic plus shampoo pouches only . They have put the kaleen on a pitch so all our guests were falling and getting leg sprain . They just don't care about guests . VERY POOR SERVICE. Also It's very far away so all arrangements take hefty charges just double , leaving aside all that we were made feel insulted in front of our guests . Not worth investing . Charges are same as city so please don't book here .

My Fav Place to go for family gatherings in Jabalpur. It definitely provides the best hospitality, the best quality food, and budget-friendly luxury banquet halls and rooms for any kind of small or big gathering. Fav part of this resort is the poolside area, where you can even party. Would recommend everyone to visit with family and friends.

Resort is awesome. Location is peaceful. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Staff is supportive and polite. Food quality and taste is good. Play area and swimming pool are also nice and maintained.

Exapnsion compromise quality,this resort is the best example,where food average in quality sitting average , rates comparably good,overall degraded from my previous visit. Hope they will manage to achieve same as of their anniversary.
