The address is not clearly mentioned. Location of the hotel is nice, close to market. Service quality is appreciable, they are polite and will help you in whatever way they can, though the wait time is little long but that could be due to shortage of workers (not an issue). I found food and drinks little over priced. All the Amenities mentioned will be provided. You might be asked to pay extra if you want to check in before the mentioned time. Overall it was a nice experience, their customer service is what stands out.
In every floor 2 rooms are bigger than the third one. Usually the rooms with last digit as 3 is the smallest. For example. 203,303,403 are the smallest rooms in surya palace. The rest of the rooms are quite spacious. The staffs are super friendly and always at your service. I stayed here for 6 days and booked nearly 7-8 rooms daily. Overall I can comfortably give 5 stars for this place.

best hotel in economy segment. Kudos Oyo group ! Keep this hotel in your partner at the rate I booked the hotel. Near to Airport and all cheap quality market and economic food joints nearby. Hotel staff very good. I always find people unable to get a room and return with the sense of disappointment.
On 16th December, 2022 On OYO the Room charges were 465 INR, after confirmed booking and advance payment to OYO. When we reached the place, they simply denied to give the room. Manager said we will charge 1200 INR if you want to take then we can give the room else we won't. And that Stupid Hotel Manager didn't have the basic etecates to ask us to sit when we were talking to OYO customer service. If you are planning to visit this place, I have an advice.... Run, Run Far Away !

9273 Surya palace Please don't go to this hotel this hotel is Fraud they don't accept the oyo bookings and you will waste your time arguing with them.. They only want the customer contacts details and customer should visit to there hotel So they can directly bargain with you on the Rates, thats why they are type up with OYO Rooms .... They don't accept the Oyo booking I repeat.... It's happen with me.. I booked with Oyo this hotel and they told me that you got a discount of 50% and after reaching to the hotel they told me we don't accept this booking you have to pay Rs1200 extra... Now I don't know who's fault is OYO or the Hotel Surya palace So plz be carefully...
