Surya Heritage Hotel - Hotel in Kannur - Kannur, India

Great location, excellent property, outstanding service and very tasty and healthy/fresh food service. We enjoyed every bit of our stay in this hotel. Their GM and team has made Kannur all the more special to us. Also to mention of Anil the driver who was arranged by the hotel to take us around. We look forward to our next trip to Kannur and for our stay at Surya Heritage Hotel.

Good place to stay. Staffs are good and professional. Good sea food. We just faced one issue with one of the dine in parties who were unruly. The Surya Heritage staff should have handled that issue well. (Hence 3 Stars) Other then that, there were no issues and it was a pleasant stay.

Very well maintained property and located near to all major tourist spots. Hotel restaurant has very good authentic food options and high-quality taste. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Its been a great experience for my company to experience a stay at Surya Heritage. We are a Corporate sector and whenever our Directors or CEO's plan to visit Kannur our first choice is Surya Heritage. They have a very friendly customer service team and their cuisine stands out. Even the ambience is great and they have external huts apt for buffet party and sets a great vibe. It might seem that the dining is rated high but its complete value for money. Would really recommend to everyone.

We had a wonderful stay at Surya Heritage. It's a 130 year old Heritage property that has been beautifully renovated. The location is Central, ample parking, and amazing rooms! The service standards were outstanding. To top it all, the food was really delicious. Please try the fresh fish. We had both Red Snapper and Hamour. Both were superb! Very reasonably priced for that quality. Only one word of caution - we had our rooms on the first floor. There was no lift and the stairs are rather steep. We were fine with it but if you have a problem climbing stairs, go for the ground floor rooms.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was fantastic. Room and washroom were clean and hygienic. Bedding was super comfy. Decors were traditional and soothing. Property located in the heart of the city yet quite and serene. I will visit again whenever possible. The location is ideal for someone on a business trip.
