I had a personal experience about this central government office. The behavior of the office staffs and officials are not generous. The officials of higher rank provide you wrong information and mislead you. I have documentary evidence which proves they provide wrong information about the product available there for purchasing. They can deny of what they had said you earlier. They can even deny that the email sent from one of the higher ranking officials was not done by him. So be aware of these few things when you have to deal with this office.
