So, I had been to Mantra surfing club last week and I had the time of my like there. I had been there on a solo trip. To start off with people there who touched my heart, the people there are just so welcoming and nice. They were so approachable and took care of me very well not just me but everything i wanted to do there. The food was so healthy and tasty at the same time. The services provided there were very well organised. Initially I was a little concerned about the everything as it was my first solo trip, but I must say that this was the safest place to be at. I was there for 6 days and there wasn't a second I felt bored even for a minute. I have witnessed the most beautiful sunsets I've ever seen in life there. Everything about this place is so beautiful. Surfing classes were the best, where the trainers completely dedicate themselves in making sure you're learning surfing in that course of time and constantly motivating you. If you are looking for something adventurous and wanting to connect with nature this is the right place to be in. This has to be one of the safest places for all the female solo travellers. And i would totally recommend this place for everyone but this place has to be the top of your list if you ever want to experience solo travelling especially for females as it is the extremely safe, feels like home. Mantra and people there have my heart and soul. Will always come back to this place. <3

Great place to learn surfing with experienced instructors. The ambience at Mantra is so relaxing. The rooms/dorms are clean with all basic necessities. The food can be a little better and the plan should also include dinner.

Had an amazing experience at the surf club. The instructors were well experienced and explained everything clearly. The vibe and the community they have built is top notch. The stay is a little on the pricey side but otherwise great. Definitely recommended.

I had an absolutely mesmerizing experience with Mantra Surfing School. The host at the property was incredibly cool, decent, and down-to-earth. The business isn't overly commercialized, so it maintains a homely atmosphere. The surf sessions were led by a friendly group of trainers. A special thanks to all the trainers at Mantra I met many people I could easily connect with. Going solo doesn't leave you feeling lonely at all, especially for solo female travellers ; trust me, the place is incredibly safe. They also organised kayaking and SUP sessions in the evening, where you can witness a breathtaking sunset. I will definitely revisit this place, and it will remain at the top of my list whenever I need a break from my routine. I booked the 7days surfing course. It was absolutely worth it. It took me about 4-5 days to learn the concept of paddling and getting the timing of popping-up. After that it really took off, I was able to identify waves and surf them by myself. About the place and activities - This particular coast is perfect for beginners to learn surfing and experienced surfers to enjoy it too. Mulky is a peaceful and quiet village/town. Awesome river view from the property with clean rooms and the after surf brunch that is laid out is just amazing ! About the staff- Right from choosing to go there, their manager explained all the activities, milestones and the costs. Their instructors surely delivered on milestones. I observed their dedication for different age groups and learning abilities. It was a perfect mix of hand holding and then allowing you to make your decisions. They have an inhouse photographer, whose taken some great photos which ill be asking for. Professional, down to earth and a clean vibe. Mantra takes care of the community too, I saw the local children who are national level surfers trained by the same staff. They also have a self drive car and bike to rent out which you could to travel around Mulky or go further. The experience - It was surreal to catch my own waves without any guidance after 5th day, there's surely a lot more to learn and ill be returning to advance to hard boards. You get to meet awesome genuine people, share stories, make friends and grow your community. They good wifi too because I had to work too. Highly recommend Mantra for an awesome holiday + sport learing.
