After making very humble request they will listen to you. Request again and still they will remain adamant on their reply. Pressurize them and the work is done at the blink of your eye. That's very shameful for public officers. As normal public without any contacts or references will be at pain. A matter of few minutes to print a birth certificate takes days and mostly week. We need a system where the performance and turn around time of all govt employees is monitored at top level. All the best !

Surendranagar Dudhrej Nagarpalika Main Building, this is new building, old building is also no left side. Various types of work for faciliation of the public are done here. The staff nature is very co-operative and quick disposal of various types of solutions are done here.
