Good hospital but not have best doctors. Doctors are on average. All tests and doctors fee is less as compared to other. Staf and doctors behavior is excellent and explain everything in detail. Overall good hospital. But here is some issue, if you want to do ultrasound then they want doctor prescription which is mandatory. While it should not mandatory. If I want to check myself then why I need to pay for doctor first. This is not good in Surbhi hospital.

Dr. Kamna Sexena is the best Gynecologist in Surbhi Hospital. She is handled my case i.e. conceive pregnancy to delivery baby for mh wife and also she is very supportive. I could recommend everyone, you can consult Dr. Kamna Sexena for any Gyno issues. Thanks, Ranjay Kumar Yadav

Worst hospital, worst experience, receptionist thinks themselves as doctors, Ek lab test padhna nahi ataa. Timings for usg from 8 am but start 9 baje se hoga. They will make u come More than 3 times so that doctor prescription ka time nikal jaye. And u pay again Mannerless people, always provide wrong information. I never recommend this hosp to any One. Poor service , and after reading reviews I feel the Same, don't go for ultrasound here.

Good hospital located at the main road. Nearby to sector 34 metro. Visited at night for stone pain & staff & doctor was available for the help. Got relieved from pain within minutes. They provide budget friendly medical treatment.

Vikas pediatrician who has no knowledge about medical and behavior very rude . First time he prohibited to feeding milk all outside or mother but second visit he said that "galti se bol diya tha"

Namaste, My wife Mrs.Ashwini Kargutkar,admited in your Hospital between 20/08/2023 to 2908/2023. On 29/08/2023 she is discharged from the hospital.Between the .admission period my wife get good treatment from the Dr.,as well as good service from the hospital nursehospital nurses staff.

Hospital management is a critical component of healthcare administration, responsible for the efficient operation of healthcare facilities which is not seen here Effective hospital management don't overseeing staff, resources, and patient care and does not ensure quality healthcare services which we cannot see here Surbhi Hospital administrators are rude Patient safety and satisfaction are paramount in hospital management, requiring constant monitoring and improvement. I have seen Lack of coordination in doctor and nurses Managing healthcare regulations and compliance is not essential for this hospital Poor management in this hospital is compromised patient care and safety don't come here I have seen lack of clear communication and coordination among hospital departments which lead to confusion and delays in patient treatment & Inefficient administrative processes
