Suravie - North Indian restaurant in Delhi - West, India

The food is absolutely delicious, the quality is top-notch, and the ambiance is perfect. The staff is so friendly and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. I would start the review with drinks. LIIT is must have when you go there. It's one of the best i have tried. However, I would not recommend pina colada at all. Coming to food the quantity of food is bit on lesser side but tastes are up to the mark. The non veg platter was good and they are pretty strict in the items of platter you can't get them swapped. I would call it value of money platter. The veg platter was average and bit on bland side. Not really recommended. The main course items are good to taste yet 1 portion is good for only 2 people. So in case one of you has good appetite order 2 dishes. The breads are on expensive side yet soft and good to taste. Overall this place can be a great family friendly location.

Visited on a Saturday night to catch up on a dinner with one of my mentor. The street leading to the restaurant can be extremely chaotic due to multiple restaurants, lounges and night clubs present on both side of the road creating traffic snarls. Thankfully valet was available. The restaurant was located on the 1st floor and can be accessed both through an elevator and staircase. I would surely recommend to reserve a table as it know ad the restaurant of world renowned Chef Sanjeev Kapoor. The ambiance of the hotel is mostly built on an Oriental theme with a touch of modernity. We started with a Dhuadhar Aalu. It was clearly a bad choice as the starter had only potatoes. The name Dhuadhar was literally expressed by serving the dish in a covered plate with a burning charcoal to provide the smoky flavour. The smoke was quite intolerable and we had to request to take it off. With the exit of the charcoal the smoky flavour vanished too. After this debacle we ordered their signature dal and some well made Tandori roti. The taste and the richness made us happy. Crowd management needs improvement coz it took us quite some time to settle our bill and move out. Pls be rest assured that you will still have to struggle a bit to get a hand on your car if it's a weekend. So my suggestion would be to better avoid the weekend evening Overall a fine dining restaurant priced premium though the experience of both food and service did not enhance my happiness quotient. I won't recommend it as must visit for food rather a tick mark of visiting a joint of our Indian world famous chef.

Sura vie , Sanjeev Kapoor's restaurant had a great ambiance. But, the food wasn't out of the world. We had Bloody mary, Salt n Pepper, Jalapeno cheese balls , Lalla Musa Dal(Dal makhni), Kashmiri Dum aalu, Pudina Paratha and Stuffed mixed kulcha. The quality of the food could be improved, had very high expectations from the place. It is a one time visit family place though expensive but, good.

Food was good But the staff is very rude .Our bill had ,approx 800rs as service charge which they didn't waived whereas it's optional from govt legally. Prices high

Visited Sura Vie, Punjabi Bagh, for Lunch. There was no rush and got to seat immediately. Staff was very nice and helpful. Food is delicious and loved the dish Sham Savera. Sitting area is not cramped and tryenough space is availble. Continental items are also available. Ambiance is good and price reasonable.

We had dinner with my family last night. While the sunset havanna is must have drink, we all throughly loved it. But th3 food didn't taste good at all. We had sweet zafrani malai kofta which tasted like elaichi rabri. We just somehow tried to finish it all. I'd not visit the restaurant again. Non veg platter is good but the food is overpriced honestly as per the portion size. One of the kebabs were more salty.

The place was nice with good ambience. The music was slow and it was overall calm to be in that space. The food was delicious but the service was really slow.
