Rooms although spacious smelled of mold and I had a running nose for as long as I was there in the room, in-room services are slow, they take around 40mins for everything you may ask for. Average breakfast buffet. The property is too small to be called a 5 star. Pretty sure the reviews here are fake.

Since the Marriott took over Gateway inn, experience became much better. Accommodation wise rooms are compact but good, lounges like Table 101 and SBC cafe tops my list to visit any day. Had been there multiple times and I just love the ambience, the atmosphere, the vibe of peace and serenity it throws. Always good to be here.

I've always stayed at surat Marriott when I visit this lovely city. The breakfast is a widespread collection from local, regional to international and it's really well done. The staff are so good and always look after you very well. This is a very well run hotel and can compare to any international hotels worldwide. Also want to have a special mention of an incident earlier today when I forgot my handbag in the coffee shop here. The staff followed the security protocols and ensured that they safely returned the same to me within a few hours. Special thanks to Rakesh and his staff for their honest and sincere support. Another interesting mention is that during the marriage season when the hotel is running at full capacity, they're still well staffed and you barely face any issues due to the crowd. If you're in surat, this is the hotel you want to be in!

IT was business stay and it was very comfortable and inspiring: Rooms - enough space that cannot be complained for. Neat, tidy and clean. Well maintained, however, being an old property, you get to some wear and tear. Otherwise, not that can be concerned for. People - well trained, hospitable and resourceful. I dont think we can raise our fingers at Marriott's standards. I interacted with Balaji, Nisarg, Mariya, Amardeep and others whom i failed to recollect. I am sorry about it. Ambiance - perfect. No comments. I really liked the lobby with greener look from outside gardens. Service - exceptional. Food - very good. I tried banquets and breakfast. I liked Dal Makhani, Bendi, Cream of Tomato/Almond, and Gulab Jumun in based custard was too good. Location - located on a spacious and wide road. Easy on Google Maps. Little away from the businesses/Railway station and market areas. In fact, it should be like to that to have a peaceful stay. Thank You guys!

We are coming for lunch today in restaurant 101 and we notice one thing one beautiful girl making rangoli it was amazing I really like it. She is so pretty And may be she name is Janvi. And restaurant food is so good I really like it.

During my one-night stay on November 6th, 2023, and check-out on November 7th, for my business trip from the UAE, my arrival experience at the hotel was disappointing. There was no one to assist with luggage from the car, and I had to handle it myself. Additionally, the check-in process was marred by a key card that didn't work, then delay in luggage to send to my room it took 30 minutes. However, the room's amenities and overall quality were decent, meeting a pretty good standard.

I was in this nice hotel for two weeks and I enjoyed my time, best service and very good stuff. Kishor Kumar Junior sous Chef prepared every day very good dishes the test was unbelievable. Thanks a lot to all of you

This is five star.. Marriot hotel. Have a good locasn.. Its have a good service.. Food is good.. Have a marriage hol. Big parking place. I attend marriage.. Parmar family.
