Rooms are great but make sure to notice if the TVs and ACs are working (incase opting for AC rooms)
We had to change our room when they offered one where TV wasn't working. I mean when you pay for a full AC room you gotta make sure everything is working optimally.
You can get daily stuff within walkable distance, no issues with dinner or lunch. Plenty of shops available.
Horrible experience! Water was dripping from the AC continuously. The room was surprisingly small. Night was a noisy affair with traffic noise from the one window and mobile noise from the lobby. Probably some staff playing some videos.
Rooms need to be more cleaner with good bed sheets and the electric points also need to be worked. I like the system of room keys. The entire staff is super courteous and the owner is humble and down to earth.
Some of the staff were good, some were a little rude, overall okayish, a little expensive for the service/product received.
Situated in a well connected place in Ovala Naka, Ghorbunder Road, Thane. Ordinary rooms. They don't have a kitchen, but the place from where they order foods is nearby. Order is served quickly. Food is tasty. But not a place to visit with family.
The location of the property is on the high way. Am well pleased with their staff services and the facilities that has been provided to me during my stay. The staff also had a professional behavior. Cleanliness of the room and the washroom was perfect. Overall I had a pleasant stay in the property.
