I had my first c-section delivery at Suraksha, when Saritha mam was there. I had very good experience.. But this time I had to think about it because Saritha mam passed away. So everything is changed. Not enough staff. New gynaecologist. I'm not sure if the new doctor has enough experience or not.. because I faced so many problems after my 2nd c-section delivery at this hospital on 3rd March 2023. Anesthesia was not good because I sensed everything like cutting, how hardly they pulled my baby from the womb, I felt pain during surgery as well. After surgery it was real hell for me.. Bad thing was that my condition was not better day by day besides it became worse... I felt so much pain after weeks as well and I was not able to walk or stand for few minutes. So I visited the doctor again but the doctor was so impatient.. she was not trying to know about my problem besides she said all my pain was just my psychological feeling. She was not ready to listen to my problems.. After coming back from the hospital I realised that I got infection at the incision because of uncleaned equipment used in the surgery.. I came to know about my infection because bleeding was started from the incision and stitches were opened. As the doctor at Suraksha hospital was not responding properly, I went to Rejoice hospital.. There the doctor is real expert.. he helped me to get cured as early as possible... I also observed one thing in Rejoice hospital.. That is all the staff who were there in Suraksha when Saritha mam was there, I observed most of them shifted to Rejoice hospital... We don't have any kind of insurance.. we had to pay cash.. before surgery they said that they'll give concession but after delivery they charged more... Untill delivery they give false hopes about everything just because of money.., but after delivery, if we get any problems because of their fault they'll show their true colours... I suggest everyone who go through this review not to choose this hospital.. If you don't believe me, just go to the hospital and observe that there are not enough patients ( hardly 2 or 3) and not enough staff.. hospital is spacious and big but no patients and no staff.... We've chosen this hospital just because of first time experience. That was our biggest fault.. we feel regret for life time because I got so many problems ( back pain, gastric problem, spinal cord pain, infection at the incision, scar pain and tummy pain for months) after my 2nd delivery.

Best hospital in sklm which is affordable , fees reambercement is also available, doctors are very polite and listen to patients attentively. Good preop-postop care too

Recently I had done my c section. one of the best hospital in neatness /cleanliness. Doctors and all the Staff are attentive.

Good. We are ok with the service and hospital here. But we didn't get air-conditioned room for Vidal health card. Our insurance company paid 50000 to hospital and they charged me another additional 5000rs. We admitted for C-section delivery. Last time we didn't pay anything just given card but this time we paid additional 5000 rs.

Doctor may good and neatness is there but she didn't try for normal delivery..My son was born here..She gave tension for Cesarian..Normal delivery has to do because of high treatment in chennai up to 7th month..She checked and told up to 9th month that normal delivery will come but finally she done Cesarian for money. 4 to 5 persons delivery done on the same day and everything under cesarian... Be careful..Think once before going for delivery..

My father went undergone gald bladder stone surgery. Surgeon is from a local hospital and perform surgeries in the hospital. Hospital is so hot no airflow as the top cover covered to protect from rain. My father cured completely after the surgery. Discharge process is fast but doctor is so busy which delays discharge processes and surgery processes also, i listened the doctor is busiest doctor in srikakulam. Oriental health insurance is providing cashless facility in hospital but now they are not providing these cashless facility.

My wife recently delivered our 1st baby. The hospital is very neat and clean with good experienced staff. Very approachable doctor as well as staff. Took great care of the patient even at night. Very nice experience.
