Suraksha Hospital - Hospital in Madanapalle - Chittoor, India

My mother was suffering from dengue fever with 30k platelets. But Naveen sir gave a good medicine. After 3 days she is recovered. 24 hours medical shops available in this hospital and also every 3 hours nurses will check BP, temperature, pulse. They take care a lot. Good service of all staff. . Doctor thats we called God on earth. Kind hearted person.

It was 2015, I was a little boy , My father got Paralysis, my mother and I went to madanapalli and visited many hospitals, Everyone had told us to go Tirupati, but if we spend that money, we don't have enough money for hospital expenses, Since my dad had paralysed we have to take personal vehicle. Then one person suggested us to go for Suraksha Hospital, Naveen sir Bysani. He had given treatment to my father economically, He had give discount in tablets, rent, bed charges etc He is the Real GOD of my Family.

This hospital needs significant improvements in terms of staff behavior and patient care. I had scheduled an appointment with Bysani ,Naveen Kumar, but instead, a different doctor, who displayed very poor treatment skills, attended to me. This deviation from the expected standard is not acceptable." I recomend not to visit this hospital.

Very sad experience with Dr Naveen. Don't know how he is giving treatment to patients. Really had fun when I was listening to him and his logics.

visited for child care and the response from the start to the end of my experience is horrible. Starting from the rude watchmen at gate to the reception staff rude behaviour, never got a polite response and never a comforting reply to the patient parents or relatives. Hospital nurses irrespective of doctor absence suggest to put saline to the patients and no responsible answer as to why the reason of the treatment. Watchmen at gate are even behaving rude to adult people and old people. And the reception staff are the worst. Never got an assurance that this hospital is going to take care of the patient, except making excuses to take money. More over the lab staff is even more reckless. The feedback provided are to my knowledge and what we have faced. I believe the management takes this as a positive response and try to be more patient friendly hospital.

It's very expensive and treat ment prosas is very slow and OPD very safaketad in admited pacitent no provided batch hot water and not wow treatment

Suraksha hospital service is "money minded, poor service,miss guide to childrens, money robbering, to create decease go to(suggest) Bangalore,& tirupati comission based........my brother children died this hospital 6 months back. Bad service only money minded,taken money too much compare to Bangalore.... 0 rating very farud.....carona time looting lakhas rupees....
