Super pathetic behaviour of the reception ladies, don't even inform patients about anything. I was waiting at the chamber from 6:45 pm to 8:15 pm just to know my queue. It seems they accept only cash no means of paying online. Doctors are very good
All types of diagnostics done except MRI CT Scan for which they have a separate centre, few metres away from this place, staffs are polite and really helpful

Pathetic service. Online appointment done and arrived at the appointed time for Echocardiography at Phoolbagan centre. But the staff at the reception told that the Doctor has left. No regret or apology from their end for the inconvenience caused to me. Then contacted the person on online again to know the reason for the failure of their service and he requested to hand over my mobile to the staff. But the staff just talked to that person over phone and returned back the phone without any solution. Again neither apology nor regret. So I left the centre with utter despair facing this horrible experience. Where is 'Suraksha'?
Suraksha doesn't provide suraksha at all. They gave me an appointment between 4pm to 5p.m . I reached at 4:45pm as half of the city was waterlogged.I was told that doctor has left. Then whats the point of an appointment? Why was a time range given then? Moreover I was in tremendous pain. No phone number is available for the particular branch.They have just provided one common number which doesn't help at all. At no point did they contact me. Just because it is necessary to give 1 star that's why am giving. They don't deserve a single star. Worst place. No professionalism. Never going there again.
Pathetic Staff Behavior.We had visited couple of times with an appointment. If any patient is an acquaintance of a staff they give extra privileges to them like skipping the queue. It does not matter if any patient is waiting in queue for more than 1.5 hrs or not. Unprofessional-ism at it's peak

Disgusting behavior. At 8 o clock I had an appointment with Dr. P.S. Mondal. Behavior of the reception lady was just disgusting. After every six month you have to renew your registration. I asked why I need to do registration again and again. My mother is a regular visitor of Surakhsha. I was asking for the reason. That lady was shouting at me at that time. Disgusting behaviour. They just making fool all patient and they are taking advantage of lockdown also. Shameful. #surakhshapolyclinic
