Worst diagnostic centre. Very poor customer service. Highly non responsive. The lab runs on captive patients referred by physicians in the network only. On my own I would be the last person to go to them again given their quality of response.
Good service provided by Anupama Raj ma'am. the way she talks are polite and soft. But I must say, reception staff service are below average And very rude. Reception staff doesn't deserve their seat. I don't know why suraksha diagnostic tolerating them.

Experience was really the worst. My sister went for ultrasound as she had minor pain in stomach, she explained all her history regarding recent operation of one side ovary removal but doctor was not paying any attention in listening . And the report was shockingly wrong , it says both ovary normal. It seems to be a fraud. Just posting it so that no one else gets fooled by these scammers.
Centre manager Mr Samik Ghosh has been of exemplary service. I wish him well.
