You can always rely on them for accurate diagnosis and test reports. The staff over here are very friendly and their behaviour makes it more easy for the patients. They have very good standards with respect to their infrastructure and they maintain a hygienic environment over there.

Extremely unhygienic, staff quality zero , unorganised center, no responsibility of patients. Took money for package, 1 month pending no follow up , no female elastography doctor available, did not inform during booking when asked ! Horrible!

The best part of it is its location. You can come here from Dum Dum Cantonment, Dum Dum Junction, Airport Gate no 1&2, Baguiati, Central Jail, Lake Town, Teghoria and where not? That's what makes it a really busy one with numerous patients. Plus its inner arrangements are far more better than Suraksha Chinar Park or Suraksha Kestopur to ensure a spacious and non stuffy feeling. As for Staffs and management it's ok. Infrastructure is excellent. As for Ultrasound and Radiology Department Chinar Park, Kestopur & Salt Lake branches are more recommendable( as per mass opinion).
