On 14th august I did some blood tests from suraksha madhyamgram. The sample collection process was painful and also the area of my hand is becoming bluish day by day although my vein was very proper. Me and my family is going to suraksha from almost last 12 years but never experienced this type of problem.
Very unprofessional...Medical and Nonmedical staff employed not upto standard. To reach the centre you have to climb up a flight of stairs, highly not recommended for old people.
Very poor service...doctors associated not professional they are always late....full sad case...
People are waiting long hours to get test done....if you have a urgent medical condition look elsewhere....I vow never to visit this centre again...
Very pathetic service. I'm his daughter writing this review on behalf of my father. My father 72 years old. When my father went their to collect the report, they asked my father's phone without informing him the reason and marked themselves 5star with 'good eminence" He didn't have any clue about this entire incident. I found this incident just now
My father in law visited today to take report. He is 72 years old and not have any idea of internet With out saying him receptionist ask him to give phone and marked themselves 5 star and written good ambience. Which is actually not the same. Very pathetic and don't trust any of the receptionist and don't give Phone to them
Worst management. Most of the time either appointment is cancelled or they will ask you to reschedule some other day.
Very prompt Service and professional staffs. If you are visiting on weekends and holidays make sure to keep buffer, because obviously a center can accomodate only so many people at the same time.
Overall I had a good experience.
Why they don't recruit more person for giving covid vaccine, other categories patients are suffering but if you tell management to emergency they provide extra effort though and also behavior off staffs specially lady staffs are good

Only downside is that its very busy as it is the most popular center in the area.
