After reading all the negative reviews I was a bit sceptical about visiting. But I needed to see a general physician on a Sunday and I booked for an appointment. This was my first visit. The doctor who diagnosed me was well behaved and patiently enquired about all my problems. It was a good experience. I also went for an x-ray and that was also quickly done. I collected the reports the day after the next day (delay from my side in collecting) and I received it after a waiting time of 20 mins. However, I witnessed many people who were not happy with the service and some also complained of the helpline number being inactive. They also have home blood sample collection facility for which they charge Rs100 extra. Suraksha Khardah falls in between the khardah police station and khardah station bus stop.
All MRI staff is too much professional... Excellent behaviour... Good management.. I went there for a MRI 2 days back for my family member... MRI technologists was excelent... Love the centre.... too good service....
One of my friends went on her own to get a gynae check up, and while billing they were shouting the medical history loudly on the call. That made my friend extremely uncomfortable. Highly unprofessional
Its too bad they are so so slow i cant even think about people are gere because they are sick they must know about it but after receiving the payment they don't even care who the patient thats soo rude. Im here with my sister & dge have sone series type of nurve issue she is in pain not able to sit here i told them anout it but they fobt bother. Worst place
Terrible experience. Rude & Unprofessional staff behaviour and useless appointment booking system. I booked appointment for my wife with mentioned doctor for USG. At the clinic, staff change my time and I miss the doctor. According to them, they are unaware of the booking. The have ZERO accountability, in spite of multiple confirmation via sms and calls. No alternate arrangement. I'll NEVER recommend or consider Suraksha diagnostics for any medical service. If customer management is such a disaster, how can one expect good quality in medical reports generated with ZERO suraksha.

In general the facility is good but we had to wait 2 hours more than normal .you will have work on it as time is si precious for us.
Experience is pretty good. They are very helpful for every step of wife's treatment, even the stuff attend my call late night. So my humble request to everyone to visit SPARSHA.
