Clean environment. Receptionist stuff are very slow. MRI are not available to this branch. All type of health scheme are available except swasthasathi card. If u do test here come earlier as possible. House stuff are very helpful.

The management is so poor. I would never recommend anyone to go to this branch. The people who are seating in the counter are so slow that I can't even tell. Suraksha should change there management on kestopur Branch. They are inexperienced, slow on there work. I would recommend to go to other branch if possible rather than this branch. Totally disappointed.

I have serious doubts on their quality of test, especially Echocardiography. Typically it takes 20 to 60 min in other test centers. But here they are finishing in 4 to 5min only. I am really surprised to see how the staffs are hurrying up. The charges are also quite high with respect to other quality organizations. They charged 2000 rs for pediatric echo. However the quality of the tests must be audited.

Best place to get an ultrasound. All machinary are high-end in this center unlike other clinics. Only downside is that its very busy as it is the most popular center in the area.

I wish I could give minus review. I did an endoscopy at kestopur suraksha and Dr. Biswas who did my endoscopy was so rude to my mom when she asked why he did a biopsy. And the lady assisting him was also very rude and disgusting behaviour. They don't know how to behave with a patient. They should keep in mind that we pay for the tests it's not done free of cost and they r not doing us a favour. I will tell do not go for any invasive procedure to suraksha. I learned from my mistake.

This is the worst Suraksha branch I have ever been. This branch has the worst receptionists where they talk with patients in a rude manner and shout at them. There is no system and no one knows when their time will come. If the patient doesn't contact personally with the particular test handler they would not even give a number. I went for an USG and if I didn't contact the test person I wouldn't even get a number in the line. I have visited the Phoolbagan branch and that one has a better service than this one. I will never visit this branch ever again even if its near my home.

Ultimate unprofessional service. No one knows when his number will come. At the reception, everyone is sitting with their own attitude just to bill. I came at half past eleven in the morning and now it is three and a half o'clock. A test is not completed yet. Those who value time should never come here. Completely useless.

Suraksha as a diagnostic centre in Kolkata is the worst medical institution, Suraksha kestopur being one of them where I had a bitter experience... Here they do not follow any norms and serial no. They treat patients according to their preferences and when you object, they misbehave with you and make you shut your mouth and sit... Same thing I experienced in Suraksha chinar park also so this is the status of suraksha diagnostic centre irrespective of any branch.... I highly advice people not to visit suraksha for any medical need.
