A complete health care and diagnostic center. There are several specialist doctors sit here for consultation. All kind of pathological test and imaging done here. Booking or appointments can be done over telephone. Very helpful and caring help desk for visitors. Wheelchair services available with attendant. Well I don't know much about the charges. Customer service worse. Will never opt gor Surakha again. Their crntralised number doesn't have any information about branch and gives wrong n incorrect timing of tests. This has happened multiple times. In the tome of internet I m not gonna go to the branch for test booking. Terrible experience

A little more organizational skills wouldn't kill it for sure. Every staff member is his own boss who knows everything!!! If you're going for the first time, definitely go with someone who's been there before, only because 10 different members of staff will give you 10 different instructions (people trying to help of course), which then leaves you confused wondering who to listen to and what to do next, the receptionists act like they don't have the time to waste on you!!! Doctor visits are good and worth the trouble. The place is clean and detail is paid to hygiene

Very very bad service and very unorganised. Specially the receptionist. They are very very awful and thay always misbehave with clients, they thinking they are in hotel industry and not in medical field. They have to think that everyone is patient or the family members of patients only. They are not visited to do chitchatting or nor to watch a movie here. Very very dissatisfied with the behaviour of the staff, specially the receptionists, authority please look into this matter on a serious note.

Worst management.. And specially the doctor who done the USG was no sense of timing. She went to take her daughter from Patuli, when the patients were waiting. Comming back after Two and half hour. Very very disappointed. What the hell is going on in the name of treatment.

They have no rules. They are like themselves. Some work is carried out by stupid employees. If you want to know something, you will be asked to sit down with a token. They make fools of themselves while proving themselves smart. It is proven that you will not find such bad service anywhere.

Popular and good diagnostic centre. It is inside the kasba new market complex. Parking is easily available inside the complex.

Very bad experience. They don't give value of your time. They simply advice you to collect token and you have to wait a long even in case of report collection or normal enquiry. Total missmanagement. Trulely hopeless.
