Place is nice ..Very clean and clear, well maintained, with attached toilet and waiting area inside it on 2nd floor and full air conditioning covered. It has lift inside. Watchman is very good and his behaviour is so polite. It has everything But facilities are utterly disappointing, have to wait in each case for a long time, Doctors don't come at given time, lab tests take a huge time, receptionist always ignore you if your economical status is not looking good, even they sometimes don't give answers of asked questions, if you asked them about doctors that when they will come, they would say we don't know.......... It's my personal opinion. Everyone should not agree with me.

I liked the way the they maintained the cleanliness atleast. The workers are well behaved. Organization is good enough. But the doctors here are so professional. They keep an assistant with them and basically the do the check up.. Doctor just writes a prescription whatever their assistant says. Visiting charge may is really high (INR 1200 - INR 2000) .There's no point coming here.

The staff are extremely rude. Radiologist/USG doctors are rude, don't answer questions. They always seem to be in a foul mood. They took only 5 minutes to do The Anomaly test. 5 minutes!!! Don't even let family members or husbands go in unlike other places. Most of the positive reviews are given by the staff of this place. If you check their profile you'll see they have only given 1 review in their lifetime.

The place was over crowded with patients coming for covid testing and vaccine alike. I am utterly astonished to see a medical institution not following the government regulations

Worst experience. I did USG of Whole Abdomen and Doppler study of renal arteries. There was a major discrepancy in the two reports. My doctor, who is MD in Medicine, was not satisfied. Even the urine test report cannot be trusted. 8.5K in waste.

Today I had booked myself for getting vaccinated with the booster dose. My token no was T 025 scheduled between 11to 12 noon. After reaching they refused to give me the vaccination citing they are not supposed to give beyond 10 persons in a single vial. However they are supposed to harass a person by confirming their booking. This is the sort of ethical practice that they follow. Better check up your status before going for vaccinations.

Reception is very good. Behavior is excellent. All staffs are good. Neat and clean center.... Must visit this place.

Horribly unprofessional attitude. Even though I reached much before the scheduled slot for my 2nd vaccine dose (my slot was at 9 am and reached at 8am) , I was made to wait in the waiting area on the ground floor for at least an hour until there were a total of around 25 people had gathered for vaccine dose. Only after that they start doing the basic verification process, which could have been done much earlier to save time. And mind you, the staff were already present upstairs but not ready to get going on their job. Pathetic work culture. Highly recommend this against it. Do not go there.
